We welcome members and non-members to our training sessions, whether you are an experienced runner, someone who has taken a break or have completed a couch to 5k and wish to improve.
Training or social runs are organised generally on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening with details posted on our facebook page. We have occasional use of the athletics track at King's Park. All abilities are catered for.
