Training

We welcome members and non-members to our training sessions, whether you are an experienced runner, someone who has taken a break or have completed a couch to 5k and wish to improve.

Training runs are organised by our Club Chairman Neil Dyble and member Adam Corbin, generally on a Tuesday with details posted on our members facebook page. During the Winter hill intervals are run behind Bournemouth pier. When there is sufficient lighting they move to Poole Park for speed and stamina training or we have occasional use of the athletics track at King's Park. All abilities are catered for.
